In addition, we can ship to any address in the world.  We use Royal Mail International Standard, which aims for a 3-5 working day delivery to Europe and a 5-7 working day delivery to the rest of the world.

All orders are dispatched the same working day, providing they are placed before 2pm (UK time).

Returns Policy

YOU MAY RETURN NEW, UNOPENED ITEMS, WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR A REFUND

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once your return is received we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. (Usually within 1 business day).
